Earn your MA in Early Childhood Education, Colorado Teaching License and Large Center Director Qualification... all in 14 months!
The Boulder Journey School Teacher Education Program features a residency-model, paid teaching practicum experience in which Resident Teachers are fully integrated in a classroom with the support of a Mentor Teacher.
This unique 14-month program includes a summer online course, where graduate students will engage in coursework with new and established educators from around the world as a stepping stone before arriving for the residency year!
During the course of one year, Resident Teachers will continue to engage with educators within their residency cohort and from around the world, and design and implement curriculum that invites them to act as leaders and advocates in the field of Education. Resident Teachers will also design learning environments, partner with families and community members, and travel to Reggio Emilia, Italy, to participate in a week-long study group experience.
This program also offers a Teacher of Record pathway for those currently employed or in the process of obtaining employment in a sole or lead teaching position. Contact Jody Ogrodnick now to inquire, and join us for an Information Session!
