Morgan County School District is located in Fort Morgan, CO, also known as the Oasis on the Plains. Their mission is to:
- Develop teacher candidates who demonstrate subject matter knowledge as they learn the art and science of teaching.
- Create community partnerships to increase pathways and access to obtain a teacher license.
- Provide layered support for alternative licensure teachers to increase teacher retention.

TEACH Colorado fee reimbursement is available to help cover licensure fees up to $100; ERR grant dollars are available up to $10,000 for those teaching in a shortage area and who commit to teaching for three years.
