South Central BOCES Alternative Licensure Program supports rural schools across southern Colorado by preparing and mentoring new educators through a collaborative, cohort-based model. SC BOCES leverages the shared knowledge and resources of its member districts to promote both individual and collective student success. The program blends hybrid learning with ongoing support, including regular observations by a coach and program director, as well as frequent coaching sessions to guide growth and ensure strong instructional practice.
